    Hello,

Can anybody help me about this. I'm trying to change my email route to gmail, but when I directed to change my MX Entry in my cpanel, I never found any.

And there's no preferences box too, I checked another website that I'm taking care of, the mx Entry is available.

    What happen to this cpanel?

    Thanks all

    Hello :)

Do you have root access to this system, or is this only a hosting account that you have purchased from a shared hosting provider? You can browse to "WHM >> Packages >> Feature Manager" to ensure those options are enabled for the default feature list if you have root access.

    Thank you.

Hi Michael, Thanks for your quick response. I have root access to this system, but I don't know about the type of our hosting, but I think this is a shared hosting. I'll try Well, many thanks to you

Could you verify that you can access Web Host Manager with the "root" username?

    Thank you.
