UGHHH I tried everything - I can create new account (name.mydomain.com) and i can log in to cpanel for this account BUT where I going to www.name.mydomain.com I see www.mydomain.com

I had wildcard, I killed it, but its still the same problem

    what I have to do?

    check the dns records

First thing I would do would be to check the dns records. When an account is setup in whm it always creates a new zone file but in this case you may simply want to append to the end of the mydomain dns zone.

Probably an error in the httpd.conf file. A subdomain entry should have a line like
    DocumentRoot /home/username/public_html/subdirectory
but I've had times when I make a subdomain and the entry is
    DocumentRoot /home/username/public_html

You may need to manually add the subdirectory to the line.
