Hi everyone,

I want to block certain IP addresses from accessing my website. All the internet how-to's seem to indicate that there should just be an IP blocker under the cPanel security tab, but this is what my security tab looks like:

My cPanel version is 86.0 (build 21)

Any suggestions would be super appreciated!

Hello,

This is a feature that is a part of a default cPanel installation, if you don't have this present it'd be because it's not included in the feature list provided to you by your provider. You can though deny IPs manually in the .htaccess with the following: mod_authz_core - Apache HTTP Server Version 2.4

mod_authz_core is the way to go :)
You may want to also take a look of this:
- as it also shows some good examples.
Specifically what you are looking for:

<RequireAll>
Require all granted
Require not ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
</RequireAll>
