Did you tried resetting the cPanel password for the account ? There are many instances (if the account is suspended) that the cPanel password does now work but if you can be more specific as to what are you doing I can assist you further.

It might be that the clients Ip is blocked in the server firewall. Try resetting the client accounts password and check..

No nothing is blocked when we try to log in the ftp account the server connect but when it ask for the password it give the "530 Authentication failed" error so it's not because the IP is blocked it's something else

What happens if you clear your cache and restart browser, AND then reset that users password and try again?

It doesn't change a thing since every other server we have doesn't have this trouble and nothing seems to be wrong on this server.

Also we tried to log on different computer (they all have their own internet access) and still doesn't work...

It look like the server doesn't change the password of the user... or refuse to authentificate.

Maybe a cpanel update will correct this? Or is there a scrip i could run in ssh that could correct this issue?

    Thanks

You should probably contact your host then. If you are the host, you might want to put in a ticket with the cPanel team to take a closer look.
