No phsyical disks and memory in WHM

Hello to all,

I face the following issue: when going to WHM -> Server Status -> Server Information , the physical disks information and memory information are completely empty.

I have cpanel/WHM v98.08 with Cloudlinux 8.4 install in Almalinux 8.4

The server is a dell poweredge with a h710 raid controller, and the OS is installed in a VM on proxmox 6 Hypervisor.

Any ideas?

Hey there! I don't have any ideas off the top of my head as that's one of those "it should just work" type of things, but do you see any errors in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you load that page? If there was an issue with cPanel getting the information, I would expect something to show up there.

Hey! Unfortunately nothing gets written at that error_log when visiting the server info page.

Interesting - for this issue it might be best to open a ticket with our team so we can check this directly on the system. If you're able to do that, please post the ticket number here so I can follow along and make sure this thread gets updated.

Update: when I went to open a ticket, I found this article (needs login to support area to view it) cPanel

And I will implement manually what it suggest and see if it resolves this issue
