No restart - Big promblem after install cpanel

After installing Cpanel i have those message and my server do not restart anymore...
what can i do?
My memory is like 90% use.!!!

Everything is up again i think it was a reboot problem....

same thing, but restarts dont help!

i cant send email out, and i dont think im receiving either from other domains.

it says apache failed, but it seems to be able to serve up pages still.

i just ran an update to the latest stable, and i get the same problem on reboot.

it says bind faild to start, but i can still ssh into the server and dig and its using my server, so im guessing its running correct

i can receive email, but all i get are the ones from teh local server telling me all the stuff that has failed. this happened sometime overnight last night (between dec 1 and 2) and i cant figure it out!

any help? or clues?
