I got a new VPS from OVH and after setting up everything I noticed that I have no swap file (or partition) configured. I am running CentOS 7.3 and cPanel/WHM 64.

Should I be concerned about this?

Purpose of the swap area; If the physical memory is exhausted, a virtual memory created on the disk functions as a temporary memory. But since the delay time on the disk is higher, this area does not perform as much as physical memory. The main task is to alleviate the locking process of the system when physical memory is exhausted.

If you have as many memory, there is no need.
