    Hi

When new accounts are created, it is not creating a tmp folder for stats etc.

    anyone know a fix?

    Thanks

This should automatically be created when the stats run, maybe there's a misconfig with you stats or settings.

If you need assistance with this, drop us an e-mail.

Considering im the only one with access to the server and I usually do not modify to many things unless I know what they do, I don't think I have did it.
Ever since we updated cpanel / whm it seems to be broken.

So what your saying is when cpanellogd runs it creates this tmp dir?

I don't think that is correct either I have setup new accounts on another to test and the /home/username/tmp is created instantly.
