I have an interesting problem, I have installed an account through WHM, however, it did not create the username in shell. So when I log in to root and try to call the directory:

    cd /home/username

    I get the below error:

-bash: cd: /home/username: No such file or directory

Now this prevents the user from creating folders and modifiying them, but they can still load pages to their site and it displays. Any ideas?

Check the DocumentRoot for that domain in the VirtualHoat entry in httpd.conf

    Hi,

Thank you, I now found them on the server, I forgot there was two different home folders on that server. However, I still do not understand why they cannot create a folder via FTP.
