Nodejs in one cpanel instance

I want to run a nodejs application on only one instance of cpanel.

Is this possible? I've read other tutorials that guide you through the installation from WHM however I'm concerned this would affect all other instances / clients. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there! It's a combination of both. The tools need to be installed through WHM and then the app gets installed as the user through cPanel. Our documentation on this can be found here:
