Hello and good evening,
I've created a Non Standard Locale and try this again to delete. This does not work when I try to delete the locale, the following error message appears:

Code:
-------

"Are you sure you want to permanently delete the locale i_dhde from root and all themes?"

"Removing

Theme /

[LIST]
[*]File: /usr/local/cpanel/locale/i_dhde.yaml :eek:k
[/LIST]
undef error - Undefined subroutine &Cpanel::SafeDir::safermdir called at whostmgr/bin/whostmgr9.pl line 480."

-------
Where is the problem, it must be possible locale somehow again to delete?

Sorry for my English, I am German and use the Google Translator

Best Regards
Jan Hannuschka

Hello :)

Could you let us know the ticket number you were assigned so we can update this thread with the outcome?

Thank you.

Hello :)
the support has solved very well in my case the problem and delete the nonstandard locale for me. Thanks a lot for this.

The problem is probably with the available nonstandard locale file in the /var/cpanel/locale/3rdparty/conf / together. If the nonstandard locale does deleted in this Directory, then also remove the entire locale via WHM.

The Support thinks that this error in one of the next updates cPanel will be fixed.

Best Regards
Jan

Hello :)

To update, internal case CPANEL-4454 was opened to address an error that occurred when deleting a locale that uses custom application locale settings. You can monitor our change log to see when a resolution has been released:

Change Logs - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

The current workaround is to move the custom directory from /var/cpanel/locale/3rdparty/conf, and then delete the locale through WHM.

Thank you.
