noob help ?

    hi newbie here xD
    i can't access my cpanel/whm lol. this morning was working fine.
    i can access the websites that are on it but the cpanels/whm i can't.
    it says
    Cannot find "http://ipxxxxx:2086/" always says that...

    Are you behind a firewall or something like that?. Perhaps you turned something on after this morning ?.

    i didn't touch anything this morning 'coz i went to school.
    i think i;m not behind firewall.

    when i type the ip of my server it says
    Index of /
    * cgi-bin/
    Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.6 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.5 Server at xx.xxx.xxx.xx Port 80

    now, my new problem is when i click apache update
    it always say
    Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
