When I try to connect using above obtion I am getting error as "Not able to connect"

When executed below command in my CMD

I have reolved this issue.
I have followed following steps
1.Given client IP address in Remote MySQL
2.Installed "MySQL Connector/ODBC 5.1" in Client Meachine by following this tutorial -> ideaexcursion.com/2009/02/25/howto-setup-sql-server-linked-server-to-mysql/
3)Created Temp table in Client Meachine & given full permission by following this tutorial -> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/814398
4)I have created linked server by following this tutorial -> ideaexcursion.com/2009/02/25/howto-setup-sql-server-linked-server-to-mysql/
5) Along with above step while creating linked server I have given "provider string" values like (SERVER=IP address of CPANEL;PORT=3306; DATABASE=database_name;USER= database_user;PASSWORD= database_password;" along with product name & source name while creating linked server.
