Iam not able to turn off redirects. For example I am hosting www.myaccount.com and have tried to turn off redirect in order to upload a new site. At present redirect is to www.myfriendaccount.com and will not allow change. I have removed myaccount from WHM and reinstalled but it still redirects to myfriendaccount. Please advise.

DId you ever get a response to this? I'm having the exact same problem and it's completely broken one of my client's sites.

I had a "stuck" redirect and this is what I did to fix it:

Use FTP to delete the .htaccess file. (In mine it was in the public_html folder)

This will delete all the redirects. You can then add the ones you want on cpanel again (it will create a new .htaccess file for you).
