not changing server time

I have tired using the change server time feature of WHM but it does not change the server time?

ver E113


any ideas?

I'm having a similar problem. I opened a support ticket with Nick. When I try to sync through WHM I get an rdate error messages. If I execute rdate fromt he command line, it updates my server to the correct time, however, if I reboot the server, my server goes back to being 1 hour ahead. I've set my timezone to New York about 10 times now.
