Not getting mail

    I'm not getting mail from commission Junction their email address is Commission Junction <no-response@cj.com> I've tried everything but horde mail keeps rejecting it. Any help??

    If this is your server, you can monitor your mail logs. If you are a hosting client, you would need to contact your provider for assistance as they would have access to the detailed information needed.

    My guess would be that their "no-response" email address does not accept connections and does not pass the exim "sender verify".

    IF that is what the problem is, I was able to set up a "whitelist" that allows certain domains to send mail without the sender verification. Your exim log will show you if that is what the problem is or not.

    I got my whitelist working by following this thread here: http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=45370

    It works great for me. :)

    Is that thread outdated?

    Sorry, I have tried to follow that thread, but for cPanel 11, things just don't match up.

    Does the cPanel 11 deployment have a different set of strings to replace or update?
