Not receiving any email when trying to reset password in store.cpanel.net

I forgot my login password of store.cpanel.net so I go to this link cPanel Store after providing me my email it says "If an account for you exists, you will receive a verification request shortly." Then I waited long time and checked my inbox, spam and even other folders but I didn't get any email. I received emails from others but not only getting from cPanel. I need to login as soon as possible for some urgent reason. What can I do now?

Are you able to send an email to [email protected] and open a support ticket? If so can you provide me the ticket ID? I've reached out to our internal development teams to find out if there is an issue with the store as this is the second time today someone has indicated they're having an issue.
