Not receiving emails after cpanel updates

Everytime I update Cpanel I stop receiving emails, when checking emails show as "Unrouteable address". I then run the "Repair Mailbox Permissions", restart Mail Server and it starts working, any fix with this?

For this specific issue we'd need to see what's occurring when you run an update, can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved.
