I have multiple site on the server facing a very strange issue not receiving emails on my gmail, yahoo and @optfirst domain but the site are sending emails on @techleadz.tld domain that is not hosted on this Server please help me, I ve tried SMTP too but no luck

That message shows that Google is blocking the message from your server due to a lack of RDNS on your server's IP address. Please review the following document for help with making sure your server is configured correctly:
How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation
Note you will need to send a request to your data center or hosting provider asking for a PTR/RDNS record from your server's IP address pointing to your server's hostname.
