    Have you asked your Hosting Provider for advice about this? As a Website Owner, if your email settings in your email client are correct as displayed in your cPanel for the server you're on, and mail isn't working for you as it should, your Hosting Provider is the one you need to speak with.

    You can check for proper email settings in your cPanel, here:

    cPanel > Email > Accounts > scroll down on that page to find email accounts listed, on far right side click the More menu > Configure Mail Client.

    Please check if the MX records pointing to the same server from which you are sending emails? You can confirm the same using http://intodns.com

    Please ensure you provide as many details as possible when opening a new thread. For instance, what method are you using to receive emails, and have you configured your email client per the instructions provided by Infopro in the earlier response?
