There is nothing in my /var/log/xferlog for proftpd and no details sent when logwatch runs. There is stuff in /var/log/secure though. Has something changed during an update or how can i get it back?

You probably would need to enable WHM > Do not reset /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ftpxferlog after it has been seperated into each domain name's ftp log. Btw, if you're suffering proftpd problems, you're probably best off switching to pure-ftpd at the moment (see other proftpd threads).

Thank you, will give that a try. Did this get disabled automatically or changed by cpanel updates? Cause this was never changed by me. it just stopped logging by itself.

It's been that way for quite a long time (having the xferlog symlinked to the apache log area).
