Hello,

The notification suggests the service check for the cpanel-dovecot-solr service is failing. Could you verify which kernel is installed on the system? You can check with a command such as this:

Code:
uname -r
Thank you.

Support's Reply:

When I first logged into the server, the cpanel-dovecot-solr service wasn't running, so that cron job wouldn't succeed.

In looking at your server, I see that the service had been enabled, but monitoring wasn't turned on. Therefore, if the service quit for any reason, the server wouldn't make an attempt to restart it.

I manually started the service:
So if anyone else has this issue :) hopefully will save you some time :)
