    Hello,

Could you verify what steps you are taking to confirm the name servers are failing to respond? Do you have any firewall rules blocking traffic over port 53?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Are the IP addresses associated with your name servers added to the cPanel server? You can check with a command such as "ifconfig". If not, does restarting the ipaliases service address the issue?

    Thank you.
