ntpd[2550] - What is that?

    Please help.
    I receive this warning of my server.
    What is that? Operation not permitted :confused:

    - System Summary:
    LOAD [5.25 - status warning - 2 events]
    NETWORK [eth0 - online - 0 events]

    Apr 28 16:56:31 master ntpd[2550]: sendto(72.21.46.202): Operation not permitted
    Apr 28 16:56:40 master ntpd[2550]: sendto(66.33.216.129): Operation not permitted

    Your server is trying to sync time with another box. Check /etc/ntp.conf and you should see those IPs. Do "man ntpd" for info on synching with the IST servers. Could be a firewall issue, check to see if you have the right ports open.
