    Hi,

I am working on a project which requires me to connect to an external MS SQL Database... Since MS SQL isn't supported anymore (to the best of my knowledge, this is the case for the newer version of PHP/Easy Apache), I have to go with ODBC.

The problem is that I have asked the web hosting to do it and can't just get it to work from last one month.

Does ODBC even work with PHP (5.4,5.5,5.6 & 7) + Easy Apache 4 at all on cPanel operating systems or do I just go with windows hosting for this one?

Any help or instructions would be helpful.

    Hello,

I believe the following feature request should help answer this question (the comments include a user-submitted workaround if this is an immediate need):

    EasyApache 4 PDO_DBLIB (mssql support)

    Thanks!

Thanks Michael. I will send that to my host and see if they can install this for me.

    Thank you!
