    Hi All,
Does anyone know why I get an email ever week that looks like this:

    Subject:
    Cron <root@machinename> run-parts /etc/cron.weekly

    Content:
    /etc/cron.weekly/makewhatis.cron:

    zcat: stdout: Broken pipe

    zcat: stdout: Broken pipe

    .....

The 'zcat' line is repeated hundreds of times.

Seems to be this command in /etc/cron.weekly/makewhatis.cron:

    makewhatis -w

If I run this in a shell then it runs for about a minute and then exits with no messages to stout or sterr.

So does anyone know why "makewhatis -w" would be creating the emails mentioned above?
