Hey, I am having issues with my company emails since currently, we have 20 licenses for office365 extra 10 emails we are using Cpanel mail without licenses. I have created the rules in office365 in the exchange area, set max rules, etc.. but those 10 emails through we not getting sent and received? Please help me if anyone knows about this.
Hey there! I'm not sure exactly what issues you're experiencing from what you've described. Are you seeing any errors on the cPanel side of things, or are the messages not being properly sent how you expect from Office365?
hey,I will explain. I have created mail [email protected] office365 and cPanel set a hybrid method, but when i tested email, incoming emails not receiving. CPanel through we can send the mail but emails Gmail or any other domain through we can't send. its bounsing.
I still don't understand the configuration that you've implemented. Do you have a copy of the bounce message you could share, with the domains and IPs redacted?
same domain but different user, those user doenst have office365 license , we have used hybride method.
It sounds like you need to contact Microsoft about this issue since they handle that particular mail delivery. I'm not seeing anything in the error message that is related to the cPanel software or mailserver.
