Looks like Nick is taking the advise over at WHT forums.
Does this mean the other versions will also be locked without fixing the bugs we all have?

Will be as long as it takes for the security audit, I'd rather have security over a bug or two :)

Why the 'uh oh'? That's the best news I've heard in a while.

He's listening to his customers (the majority of them) and acting in their best interests as well as his own. Nothing wrong with that at all and likely, we'll all have the use of a better product because of it.

The oh oh is for the ones that have broken services still
with tickets submitted and without a fix. I`m all for the audit, just want was working fixed before they lock it is all.

I also can't help but wondering why that deserves a changelog entry.

Is this a new trend amongst developers that I missed the memo on? Posting changelog entries to inform users that nothing has changed. :p

Seems more like a news item to me ;)

I am sure nick and crew are still responding to support tickets and will do everything they can to try to get you back up and running during the "audit period".
