Old ACL/RBL rules X New ACL/RBL rules with CPANEL 11, Which is the best?

Hi, i use this RBL configuration in all my CPANEL boxes: http://www.webhostgear.com/175_print.html

How does this configuration work with new CPANEL 11?

I'm in the same boat as i use that tutorial as it whitelists our users automatically, is there another way I should be doing this with cpanel 11?
