We have a dedicated user who is useing one of the other themes, when you log into whm, you see the License Update and arrow, but no license aggreement, nor any way to approve, this makes whm completely useless to this client, how the hell to fix it.

Found this in another thread and it fixed the issue, that should never have occured to start with, you guys at cpanel need to try to think ahead or think out of the box a bit, this kind of crap is going to cause a lot of issues for people that are running and trying to maintain thousands of servers.

    1) Login ssh root

    2) mv /root/.whmtheme /root/.whmtheme-hold

    3) Login to WHM (now the ugly blue standard screen) and agree to a bunch of new legal mumbo-jumbo by clicking on "agree" at bottom

    4) mv /root/.whmtheme-hold /root/.whmtheme

    Go on, have a guess
Are they using one of the cPanel approved themes, or a third-party one? I think it's more than a little harsh to blame them on someone elses code if it's a third-party one. If it's a cPanel provided on, then you should log an entry in bugzilla and report it to them.

I'm not sure it's "mumbo-jumbo", although a summary of changes would be useful.
