Hi @all

We've a a big problem: One of our customer can't receive mails and he can't send them. He hasn't edit the MX entries or others.

He was at last a month ago in the cpanel. Yesterday he want to send a mail - no erros were displayed - the receiver didn't become his mails and when we send him a testmail he didn't received it.

Do you have a reason?

Thanks

Regards.

Hello.

Check if the domain name is listed in:
/etc/localdomains

Anyway, such issue may cause many things. So, it will be a good idea to check maillogs.

As already mentioned check your mail logs, have you checked the Mail Queue to see if its in there still? If you try to manually send the message you should be given an error message.

The most common error is "Connection refused" which can often be fixed by running the following commands:

/scripts/fixrndc
/scripts/fixndc
