One client Cant access the page

    Ok, i thought id start here, Not sure if its to do with cpanel or not but it may be.

    I have ONE CLient that cant access the cpanel page. He goes to the link, and it says timed out.

    Works on these computers:
    My Laptop
    My Desktop
    My Phone
    My Friends Phone
    Customers Phone

    Doesnt work on:
    Customers Computer

    He is Running McAfee Anti Virus 3 Month trial
    I told him to disable the firewall, He claims to have done it, Customer Claims to not have windows firewall running.

    Tried on Google Chrome, IE8, IE9, Firefox.

    Works on:
    My Chrome
    My IE9

    Doesnt work on cutomers pc At all.

    Domain he tried:
    06webs.com/whm
    06webs.com/cpanel
    06webs.com/cpanel/
    06webs.com/cpanel/login/
    xx.xx.xx.x:2082
    xx.xx.xx.x:2082

    Cookies not blocked, Trying clearing cookies.

    Is there anything at all that anyone can think of? Maybe somthing that commonly blocks conection.

    Has he tried cpanel.06webs.com?

    Hello,

    For sure his IP is blocked in the server firewall. Unblock the IP from the firewall to resolve the issue.

    i dont have access to server firewall. unless its his firewall?

    Please review Main >> Security Center >> cPHulk Brute Force Protection and look if your customer is blocked

    Hello,

    Do you have SSH access to the server? If so you can unblock the IP from the server firewall. If you don't have access to server contact your host for help.
