One IP for 3 sites - Not the main shared server IP

Hi,
On the server I have a few IPs and some will go to the top few sites. However I have a set of sites that I would like for them to share one IP, other than the main IP shared by cpanel admin, root and everyone else. After trying it several times looks like for the rest of IPs the default is one IP /one site.

Basically the main IP is 111.111.111.111 and all sites without their dedicated IP get to share this.
But I want 3 sites to all share one IP 111.111.111.112

Any way to do this?

Thanks

Hello.

Set 111.111.111.112 as the main shared IP temporarily. Now change the IP of 3 sites you need to change from "Main >> IP Functions >> Change Site's IP Address", to 111.111.111.112 ( it will let you do this, since 111.111.111.112 is the current shared IP ).

Once done, revert the main shared IP of the server to 111.111.111.111.

You are done!

Thank you,
Nibin.

Hello :)

The other alternative is to create reseller accounts, and assign those resellers a shared IP address via the Reseller Center. This will allow you to create accounts under each reseller using the reseller shared IP address.

Thank you.
