Hello All guys,
an mistake killed my whole business. 10 days ago, my one client does mass mailing through my server but when i came to knew after one days then i suspended his account.
he send almost 12,000 emails in 1 day. after that case, my server main IP is listed in SpamHaus CSS Blacklist.
i contacted to the them but they refused to delist our IP. and after some days my clients domains are now going to spam list in spamhaus DBL becuase the IP to whom they're pointing is also in CSS Blacklist. and after 1 day, .xyz and .online domains are suspending and going on serverHold because of they are listed on spamhaus.

and now a days, whenever any client purchase hosting with .xyz and .online domain and set my nameserver then after some hours his domain is also going on serverHold.

please anyone suggest what should i do

If you have an extra clean IP address on your server then you can route your emails through that IP address by setting it up in /etc/mailips

Note: You need to make sure first that no more bulk emails are being sent from your server, else you might end up getting your other IP address blacklisted.

You should detect spammers and stop them from sending, in the first place.
Then you can request delisting from SpamHaus blacklist. This can take a few days. In the meanwhile you can adjust the e-mail sending limits in WHM in order to avoid this to happen again.

I have added Limits into every package of my server one by one and also changed SMTP Server IP Few Hours Ago.
But IP is listed from more than 1 week, after 1 day of listing I already detected the user who is doing spam and suspended that and also added limits into packages but still SpamHaus didn't delist my IP.

I'm sorry to hear about this spamming issue. If you think there are still problems with emails being sent from your machine that shouldn't be, you can use this guide to help find where those are coming from:

You'll want to contact each blacklist directly to start the removal process after you've confirmed the messages are no longer being sent from your machine.
