One Problem and i need urgent solution

    Hellow i need to contac with the administrator the cpanel bueacue i have a serives and i have a big problem with my site Apparently in my FTP account i have a virus and dont run my forums so i need to restart and delete my FTP account The server becomes as new

    or If you have a better solution to clear the virus


    One of the problems is I try to delete a file

    and said this:

    550 Could Not Delete X-file : Permission Denied

    and i have permission becouse im a owned

    this file in public_html



    How can I solve this problem manually

    Did you contact your host to see if they can find out exactly what has happened?.

    Do you have a whole server or VPS or just an single hosting account?.

    If your account is owned then you might have to ask your host to delete and rebuild the account from scratch and you upload your files again, but it depends on what it is that is "owned", an account or the whole server.
