Is it possible to edit the html of Create New Account form? There is a javascript error as well in orange theme when hasshell is disabled for a reseller.

Any why do the otheruser_packages appear in all create forms? shouldn't it only show mylogin_packages?? :p

Plus the themes with username_themes are also visible to all resellers. :p
