one small question

This week i find i can not access www.target.com and www.dhl.com. When i open them in IE brower, it takes a long time to open. But eventually it fails to open. It is a little bit tricky. If i open them using https instead of http, then everything goes well.Any idea about this?

I'm curious as to why you're asking this here - what relation does it have to cPanel, assuming that you're not hosting the affected domains?
