one time fee?

i wanna know how, i can get a one time fee deal. I am canadian which means $99.00 usd *0.065 per month, does not make sense to me if it were however $500usd *0.065 per year; that would be great. i have noticed alot of sour grapes, i really think cpanel is a better software, than plesk (i was a atomicrhino admin, we had major problems with plesk). but i also have seen hacks for cpanel , that get around the liscence. what will happen to these pirates if they are caught?

We have talked about this and it is definitely something that is possible. Talk to you distributor about a \"lifetime\" license. We have formulated a plan for this ourselves, with Darkorb\'s permission.
