Try increasing memory for cPanel from WHM >> "Tweak Settings" and see if the problem continues. The option is:

Based on the provided detail the issue stems from the VPS reaching a memory limit (e.g., "privvmpages") that is defined in the hardware node configuration of the Virtuozzo/OpenVZ container.

Of most importance is the "fail count" number seen above (e.g., "595" for "privvmpages"), and that it is likely increasing on the system; this is evidence that the hardware node is not allowing enough resources to the virtual environment (VPS) container under the hardware-node-defined Virtuozzo/OpenVZ "UBC" limits.

Regarding specific corrective methods and procedures I believe the following documentation references for Virtuozzo/OpenVZ may help to narrow what to check or look for in the hardware node configuration.

    Specific to privvmpages:
UBC secondary parameters - privvmpages - OpenVZ Wiki

I'm also having some issue with my VPS lately.

server load and ram usage is fine.
But some times whm /cpanel won't work. Webmail will say service temporary unavailable.

I've got a bad surprise when I looked at my /proc/user_beancounters

    many fails

    Any advice?

Your VPS is out of memory

/proc/user_beancounters reports information about what are called Quality of Service (QoS) parameters. These are defined in the hardware node that hosts your VPS, and they are defined by the hardware node's administrator.

Any number higher than 0 in the failcnt column for any of these parameters indicates that your VPS has tried to exceed the value set by the administrator for your VPS. Your server has exceeded the allowed value for privvmpages, shmpages and numfile. These are key QoS parameters, and the short explanation is that your server is both trying to use too much memory, and trying to open more files, than allowed.

The following pages provide good explanations of the parameters that are reported in /proc/user_beancounters:

Meaning of the /proc/user beancounters Values - VPSLink Wiki
QoS explinations [Archive] - Layered Tech Support Forums
1&1 Webhosting FAQ | What are those User Beancounters?

Basically, this is not an issue caused by cPanel itself. This is an issue of your VPS exceeding the resource limits set by the administrator of the hardware node. You will need to contact the VPS hardware node administrator to ask if these limits can be increased for your VPS.

    Thank you.

Is the mysqld settings (my.cnf) could have an impact on the privvmpages.

If I low the cache size of buffer size ... could it help?
