openssl version discrepancy

My server is cloudlinux 8 + cpanel v100
The PHP function phpinfo() shows "OpenSSL 1.1.1k".
But
[[email protected] ~]# rpm -q ea-openssl11
ea-openssl11-1.1.1m-1.el7.cloudlinux.x86_64

why discrepancy?

will they both automatically update to OpenSSL 1.1.1n soon, or I have to do it manually?
