In the data center server4you the CSF does not work in openvz.

that has noting to do with cpanel/WHM and CSF only they can configure it correctly

I think they have not enable IPtables modules for that VM and due to that CSF is not working on openvz vm. Ask them to enable iptables modules from node and restart your VM.

You should consult with the support team for your provider to have them troubleshoot the issue, as it's not something you will have access to change without root access to the VPS hardware node.

CSF runs fine in VZ as long as the iptables module is loaded into the VPS from the parent node. However, as others mentioned, CSF has nothing to do with cPanel.
