Is it possible to replace neomail with openwebmail at all?

I find openwebmail far better than neomail, one of the best features is the custom filters within the software.

Plus I heard that neomail is no longer in development.

    Thanks.

    Go on, have a guess
It'd be a tall order to do it yourself. If you want cPanel to consider it:

    1. search the forums as it's been discussed before

    2. Search bugzilla.cpanel.net and see if it's already been requested

    3. If not, log an entry in there as an enhancement request and post the link to it here for others to vote on if they want it too

I am not sure but I think cpanel used to provide this long back in 2002. I am confused whether it was openwebmail or some script starting with ub*..(not sure)

I did actually have a look at some of the old posts here regarding openwebmail, however I was after an up-to-date status...

I checked out Bugzilla, "Zarro Boogs found". I take it that means nothing found :p

Since it is not actually a bug, and I don't actually know what is involved in adding openwebmail into cpanel, I am reluctant to add an entry.

what about squirrelmail? It does have filtering as well right? If you can't find the filter maybe you need to addon to it from some plugins.
