    When I click on process manager in WHM I see many accounts like 50+ showing
    "/opt/cpanel/ea-php54/root/usr/bin/php-cgi"

    What does this mean since it seems to be taking a lot of resources?

    Hi,

    It means the websites are being complied by the PHP to give the desired results when someone is browsing the website..
