Optimize EIDE Hard Drives

Hi,

When I try to run the Optimize EIDE Hard Drives option in WHM, I get this message. I've never been able to optimize the hard drives, and thought it would be a good thing to do for my servers, since it's never been done, and on the processing screen, it says 'gain SIGNIFICANT speed and performance', so it would be a good thing to do, I believe.

The messages I get are as follows:

Unable to Enable EIDE Hard Drive Optimizations
Unable to configure EIDE Hard Drive Optimizations to run on boot

Any ideas about what I should do?

Hello:

If it is newer server it probably runs sata drives not eide drives. Just my guess.
