Options missing after clean 7.3 install + Cpanel?

I wonder if anyone knows this, we just restored two machines from backups. These are plain RedHat 7.3 (server) installs. After installing cpanel, a lot of programs are missing, for example, kibitz is not there /usr/bin/expect is not there either, Linx does not exist.

Any thoughts?
