After the MySQL upgrade, at least one of our customers has his OS Commerce shopping cart broken. All that is displayed is the following error on his site:

    "1016 - Can't open file: 'whos_online.MYI'. (errno: 145)

    delete from whos_online where time_last_click < '1049851060'

    [TEP STOP]"

There do not appear to be any other issues with MySQL on the server, and all the fixmysql scripts have been run (even the new one).

    Regards,

Run the 'repair local database' option from WHM on the database for that site. Should get you fixed up.

Or, manually from shell you can run this:

    myisamchk -r /var/lib/mysql/db_name/*.MYI

p.s., if you run perror and tell it the mysql error number, it'll tell you what it means:

    perror 145

    output:

145 = Table was marked as crashed and should be repaired

That should be more than enough info to start digging on google, although I already gave you the solution. :)
