Hello,

I'm trying to install OTRS with cpanel, I haven't been able to do it. Can someone give some quick tips so I can get it running?

Anyone uses otrs?

Ask your host to add these entries to the corresponding virtual host entries for your domain or .htaccess file.

Alias /otrs-web/ /home/username/www/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/
ScriptALias /otrs/ /home/username/www/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/

then make the permissions of the *.pl scripts to be 755. then to to www.yourdomin.com/otrs/
