Getting this error when trying to edit a package in WHM 11.23.2. The packages were copied from from another server during a transfer of accounts. Is there a way to either fix this problem or remove the packages and add new ones with the same names without having to re-associate every account?

On List Accounts page, scroll to the far right and make sure you own them, if not click the link to edit. They may still be owned by the previous servers owner.

Root owns all of the accounts, which I am and there are no resellers.

But it's the packages. I'm gonna see if I can remove one of the packages and recreate it.

I see the problem, the package name in the /var/cpanel/packages dir is:

    Package\ Name\r

The \r at the end is what is screwing it up.. I can't rename the file and that seems to be the problem.

Create an identical package with a new name and move the account(s) to it.

Right, I was looking for a better way to do this that was a bit more elegant.
