I need to learn about managing dns # on our new dedicated server. I'm starting from scratch and know little about what I'm doing. It says I'm out of dns # and have only added 1/2 of my sites. The documentation doesn't say there is a limit. Did I overlook that part?

I created another name server. But this doesn't cure the problem.
Does creating a new name server update the dns on the web?

That sounds like you need to talk to your host... cPanel doesn't limit the number of domains you can host on a server, so it sounds like something else is going on elsewhere.

    I assume you're leasing/renting the cPanel license?

Looks like you're not adding domains the right way - how are you doing it? You don't need to allocate one IP (which is what I assume you mean by DNS #) per account; hundreds of accounts can share one IP.
