Out of RAM after upgrading to Easyapache4

After upgrading to Easyapache4, LFD/CSF always gave me an email about "Excessive resource usage" saying:

Actually i already increase my PHP memory limit to 128MB, but i still got this message.

Is this a false positive? and what should i do about this? Thank you
